Gator Cap Order Form

Submit the information below if you would like to order Gator caps with your swimmer's name printed on them.  The minimum order is 2 caps per name, and the price will be no more than $10 per cap (depending on the total number of caps ordered by the team).

PS: Due to the setup costs associated with printing individual names on caps, we will not be orderikng these again until next year, so please make sure you order enough caps for a year. We will also order regular white caps (no names) that can be purchased anytime during the year as needed.
