- Information about the BBQ party on Saturday evening has been posted below. Parents, if you are planning to attend this event please let us
know by sending an email to entries@gatorswimteam.org so we can have an an idea of how much food
we will need to make everyone happy. :-)

- Warm-up and session start times:
- Friday PM: warm-ups at 2:30pm; session starts at 3:30pm.
- Saturday AM: warm-ups at 7:00am; session starts at 8:00am.
- Saturday PM: warm-ups at end of morning session, not before 11:00am; session starts 50 minutes later.
- Sunday AM: warm-ups at 7:00am; session starts at 8:00am.
- Sunday PM: warm-ups at end of morning session, not before 11:00am; session starts 50 minutes later.
- Sunday 13&O 800s: session starts 15 minutes after end of previous session (no break for warmups - use lane #10 available for warm-ups/warm-downs continuously during the afternoon session).

DON'T FORGET OUR SATURDAY EVENING PARTY:

A FUN-FILLED POOL PARTY WITH LOTS OF BARBECUE, REFRESHMENTS, MUSIC, DANCING AND GAMES UNDER THE MUSICAL DIRECTION OF PROFESSIONAL DJs FROM COMPLETE MUSIC DISC JOCKEYS
- WHEN: Saturday, July 9th, beginning right after the afternoon session (around 5:30) and ending at 8:30pm.
- WHERE: At the same pool where competition is being held.
- DETAILS:
- Swimmers and their families may purchase tickets for $4 during the Friday session only or $5 at the door.
- Coaches and officials will receive complimentary tickets.
- Each ticket includes a meal (hot-dog or hamburger plus chips), refreshments and a scoop of Lemon Ice from Culver's.
- Entertainment provided by a professional DJ from Complete Music & Video of St Louis.

Parents and swimmers, if you are planning to attend our party please let us know by sending a quick email to entries@gatorswimteam.org.
Knowing how many people are interested in attending will give us an idea of how much food we will need for everyone. We appreciate your help!

Directions from I-55/Exit 96: Head east off the exit (William Street, or Rte. K). After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left at Kingshighway and go North. Turn right at the next stoplight (Independence). Go approximately two blocks and turn left on Clark Street. After turning on Clark Street, the pool bubble should be visible off to the right.
Directions from IL146/MO74: After crossing the Bill E. Emerson Memorial Bridge, head west and turn right/North on Kingshighway/61/34. Turn right at Independence. Go approximately two blocks and turn left on Clark Street. After turning on Clark Street, the pool bubble should be visible off to the right.

Facility |
Cape Central Pool is is 25 yards by 50 meters, equipped with a fully-automated Colorado timing system. Up to ten lanes can be used for competition. Continuous warm-up/warm-down space is provided during the competition when 8 lanes are in use.
